Treatment and payment terms

for vitamin infusions and Haemolaser treatment by Pflegstro GmbH.

As of: October 2026 · Deutsche Fassung (if the German and English versions differ, the German version applies)

1. Scope

These terms apply to all infusion and Haemolaser treatments provided by Pflegstro GmbH, Leithastraße 21/46, 1200 Vienna (“we”), under the brand DRIPSTRO, at Dr. Gerhard Niemeck's practice, Beatrixgasse 11, 1030 Vienna. Mandatory rights you have as a consumer, in particular under the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), remain unaffected.

2. Two contracting parties

A vitamin infusion with us consists of two separate services with two contracting parties:

3. Medical prescription

We only give infusions and Haemolaser treatment on a doctor's order. Whether you receive an infusion, which one and at what dose is decided by the doctor after the first consultation; there is no entitlement to a particular infusion. If the doctor advises against an infusion, you won't be charged anything by us. Dr. Niemeck invoices the first consultation regardless.

We may refuse, pause or stop a treatment if this is necessary for medical reasons, for example in case of acute symptoms or an adverse reaction. Services already provided will be charged.

4. Your cooperation

Please inform us and the doctor fully and truthfully about previous illnesses, medication, allergies, a possible pregnancy and earlier reactions to infusions, and let us know if anything changes before a follow-up appointment. During and after the treatment, please follow the nursing staff's instructions.

5. No promise of success

The effect of an infusion or of the Haemolaser differs from person to person. We owe you a professional treatment, but not a particular result.

6. Appointments

Requests by phone, email or via the form are non-binding. An appointment is agreed once we have confirmed it. If we have to cancel or postpone an appointment, this costs you nothing.

7. Cancellations and cancellation fee

  1. You can cancel or move an infusion or Haemolaser appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts – by phone on +43 681 10447544 or by email to office@dripstro.at.
  2. If you cancel later or don't come, we charge as a cancellation fee the full agreed price of the booked service (infusion or Haemolaser), because we kept the time free for you. You may show that we suffered no loss or a smaller loss; we will then charge correspondingly less.
  3. If you suddenly fall ill or have an emergency, we waive the cancellation fee, provided you let us know as soon as possible.
  4. For first consultations with the doctor, the cancellation terms of Dr. Niemeck's practice apply.

8. Prices and payment

The prices published on www.dripstro.at/en/ at the time the appointment is made apply, in euros including VAT where applicable. Laboratory costs are charged according to the tests actually carried out.

Payment is made on site after each treatment, in cash or by card; you receive an invoice. Whether and how much an insurer reimburses depends on your insurance policy. Your obligation to pay us applies regardless.

9. Course price

If the doctor prescribes a course of at least 5 infusions, we charge the course price shown on the website for each infusion of that course. You pay at each appointment; there is no advance payment. If the course ends early, we will not charge anything extra for the infusions you have already had.

10. Haemolaser 10-session pack

The 10-session pack is paid in advance (€799 for 10 sessions). On request, we refund unused sessions at €79.90 per session, for example if the treatment is stopped for medical reasons or you do not want any further sessions. The pack only applies to the person it was prescribed for.

11. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. We are fully liable for personal injury. We are not liable for damage to property caused by slight negligence.

12. Data protection

You can read how we handle your data in our privacy policy at www.dripstro.at/en/privacy/.

13. Final provisions

Austrian law applies. If your habitual residence is in another country, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that country remain unaffected. The statutory places of jurisdiction apply to claims against consumers. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. These terms are also available in German; if the versions differ, the German version applies.
